ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING

One engineering logic from process objective to operating system

Process, structure, heat transfer, electrical engineering and software must work together and connect correctly to the customer’s infrastructure.

WORKFLOW

Engineering Workflow

01 · Requirement Review

Check process inputs, acceptance criteria, site constraints and system interfaces.

02 · System Concept

Establish the process route, equipment, atmosphere, heating, cooling and material handling concept.

03 · Thermal & Mechanical Engineering

Calculate thermal loads and develop the mechanical design; apply simulation where a defined engineering question justifies it.

04 · Electrical & Controls

Develop the control architecture, interlocks, HMI, recipes and data exchange with the line.

05 · Manufacturing & Assembly

Manufacture and assemble against project documentation and the agreed project quality plan.

06 · Installation & Commissioning

Complete functional checks, tuning, agreed tests and document handover.

DIGITAL PROCESS ENGINEERING

Bell-Furnace Annealing Cycle Generator

Transforms material, coil-loading and furnace conditions into a review-ready annealing cycle recommendation, with temperature profiles, cycle time and load estimates in one engineering view.

HENGYUAN ENGINEERING TOOL
01

Operating Data

Enter material grade, furnace type, coil dimensions, coil count, density, target cooling temperature and cooling rate.

02

Process Matching

Match the duty to relevant process records, candidate annealing schedules, furnace configurations and load platforms.

03

Cycle Generation

Generate staged heating, soaking and cooling profiles for both control temperature and coil-core temperature.

04

Engineering Output

Review estimated cycle time, load calculation, matching basis and a detailed time-temperature schedule, with CSV export.

Outputs are intended for equipment selection and technical discussion only. The final annealing cycle must be confirmed against the material, load arrangement, furnace configuration and project acceptance requirements.
