Process Engineering
Define the material, load format, heat-treatment cycle, process atmosphere, throughput and integration requirements.
HENGYUAN · INDUSTRIAL HEAT TREATMENT
Hengyuan brings process engineering, equipment manufacturing, automation, installation and commissioning into one project workflow. Each system is configured around the material, load geometry, thermal cycle, throughput and site conditions.
Performance data and scope of supply are defined project by project.
ONE ENGINEERING WORKFLOW
The project starts with the customer’s production data and develops into an agreed system, scope, documentation package and service plan.
Define the material, load format, heat-treatment cycle, process atmosphere, throughput and integration requirements.
Develop and manufacture the mechanical, thermal and electrical system within the agreed battery limits.
Configure the control architecture, process-data functions and thermal or CFD analysis where the project requires them.
Coordinate installation, functional checks, process tuning and operator training within the contracted scope.

CORE SYSTEMS
These are the principal furnace types. Final layout, energy source, process atmosphere and automation are established through engineering review.

For annealing processes that require a controlled hydrogen atmosphere and managed thermal cycle.
View system
Batch heat treatment of large or heavy loads introduced on a movable bogie.
View system
Loads advance through process zones at a defined pitch; a published application is heating and homogenising aluminium ingots.
View system
Products travel continuously through defined heating zones and, where required, cooling sections.

Material, product form and process suitability are confirmed for each furnace type and project.

PROJECT WORKFLOW
Material, load dimensions and weight, thermal cycle, atmosphere, throughput, energy source and line interfaces.
Select the system type, overall arrangement, principal modules, controls and division of responsibilities.
Prepare the agreed mechanical, thermal, electrical and software documentation.
Manufacture and assemble the equipment against project documents and agreed inspection points; conduct FAT where included in the contract.
Install, function-check and tune the process, then hand over the agreed project documentation.
DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENT
Share the material, load, process cycle and required throughput. The engineering team can then identify the relevant system and the information needed for the next discussion.
