Xingcheng Special Steel's heat-treatment process for No. 22 bell furnace passes Nadcap-HT reaccreditation audit

The heat-treatment process associated with Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel's No. 22 bell furnace passed a PRI Nadcap-HT reaccreditation audit. Xingcheng Special Steel is the accredited party and owner of the audited process, while Hengyuan supplied the bell-furnace equipment supporting that process.

Audit scope and result

The audit covered applicable AMS requirements and Nadcap audit criteria, including system accuracy tests (SAT) and temperature uniformity surveys (TUS). Hengyuan's bell-furnace equipment supports the controlled production process and its operating data.

Audit preparation and execution

Xingcheng Special Steel prepared for the audit through targeted training, one-to-one guidance, revisions to aviation quality-system documents and management rules, and on-site SAT and TUS work. Accreditation scope, validity and status are governed by formal PRI and Xingcheng Special Steel documents.
