First furnace and project configuration
The project completed its first furnace run on 19 October 2025 and has a planned annual throughput of 250,000 tonnes. It handles strip 0.5–2.5 mm thick and 700–1,100 mm wide, with coil outside diameters up to 1,800 mm.
Process and environmental design
The integrated design covers protective atmosphere, temperature control, combustion and emissions, noise control and safety interlocks. Relevant standards include GB/T 5213-2019, GB 28665 and GB 50087-2013, with applicability governed by project documents and current regulations.
