Panzhihua Gangcheng Yinshan Titanium Steel cold-rolling line completes Phases I–III

The Panzhihua Gangcheng Group Yinshan Titanium Steel cold-rolling line, for which Hengyuan served as general contractor, has entered operation. Phases I–III were completed between 2021 and 2025, with Phase III closing the current project cycle.

Phases I–III completed

Phases I–III were configured around cold-rolling and bell-furnace applications, and all three phases are now in operation.

Phase II high-vacuum titanium-plate furnace

In Phase II, the customer added one high-vacuum bell furnace for titanium plate. The furnace uses an ELIVAC vacuum system with a design ultimate pressure of no more than 1×10⁻³ Pa; final performance is governed by project acceptance requirements.
