Start-up and first coil
The project formally entered operation on 27 November 2025, following first-coil production on 25 November. The wider project is planned for one million tonnes per year of vanadium-titanium high-strength cold-rolled products and includes a full-hydrogen bell annealing system.
Complete-supply scope
Hengyuan's complete-supply order for the full-hydrogen bell annealing system follows an EPC arrangement. Detailed responsibilities, final configuration and performance are governed by the contract and project acceptance requirements.
